What it is

Dubsado is a client-management platform for service businesses that bundles lead forms, proposals, contracts, invoicing, scheduling and a client portal, with a visual workflow builder to automate the whole process. It was rebuilt as Dubsado 3.0 in late 2025 with a cleaner interface and Kanban project views. The trade-off is a long, hands-on setup: most users report many hours building templates and workflows before it pays off, and the mobile app remains limited.
